{"id":2399,"date":"2024-03-28T10:56:21","date_gmt":"2024-03-28T13:56:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.saocamilo-sp.br\/?p=2399"},"modified":"2024-04-01T16:58:00","modified_gmt":"2024-04-01T19:58:00","slug":"saude","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.saocamilo-sp.br\/index.php\/2024\/03\/28\/saude\/","title":{"rendered":"Dia Nacional da Sa\u00fade e Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o: 10 dicas para uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Neste dia Nacional da sa\u00fade e nutri\u00e7\u00e3o pedimos para que a docente e coordenadora do curso de nutri\u00e7\u00e3o Sandra Chemin nos contasse mais sobre a import\u00e2ncia dessa tem\u00e1tica para que possa ter entendimento desse assunto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conceito de seguran\u00e7a alimentar,nutricional e sa\u00fade<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O conceito de seguran\u00e7a alimentar, nutricional e sa\u00fade, estabelecido em 2006 \u00e9 definido como a \u201crealiza\u00e7\u00e3o do direito de todos ao acesso regular e permanente a alimentos de qualidade, em quantidade suficiente, sem comprometer o acesso a outras necessidades essenciais, tendo como base pr\u00e1ticas alimentares promotoras de sa\u00fade, que respeitem a diversidade cultural e que sejam social, econ\u00f4mica e ambientalmente sustent\u00e1veis\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nesse contexto, O Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade criou o Dia da Sa\u00fade e Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 31\/03, em 2015, incorporando o lan\u00e7amento do Guia Alimentar para a Popula\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira \u2013 Promovendo a Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o Saud\u00e1vel, que constituiu em um marco de refer\u00eancia para indiv\u00edduos e fam\u00edlias, governos e profissionais de sa\u00fade sobre a promo\u00e7\u00e3o da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o adequada e saud\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impactos das transforma\u00e7\u00f5es no sistema alimentar<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As varia\u00e7\u00f5es na ingest\u00e3o de alimentos dependem da educa\u00e7\u00e3o, cultura alimentar, condi\u00e7\u00f5es socio econ\u00f4micas e disponibilidade de alimentos. Outro fator que interfere na alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 relacionado \u00e0s transforma\u00e7\u00f5es no sistema de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de alimentos, associada a uma crescente mecaniza\u00e7\u00e3o e industrializa\u00e7\u00e3o, que podem acarretar perda do valor nutricional do alimento, contribuindo para riscos defici\u00eancias nutricionais. Estas transforma\u00e7\u00f5es tiveram fortes impactos nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade da popula\u00e7\u00e3o e, como consequ\u00eancia deste sistema alimentar desequilibrado, houve um aumento significativo nas taxas de incid\u00eancia de doen\u00e7as cr\u00f4nicas n\u00e3o transmiss\u00edveis (DCNT), como c\u00e2ncer, diabetes, hipertens\u00e3o, entre outras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Promo\u00e7\u00e3o de h\u00e1bitos alimentares saud\u00e1veis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Desta forma, promover h\u00e1bitos alimentares saud\u00e1veis nas crian\u00e7as, reeducar as gera\u00e7\u00f5es adultas e equacionar as necessidades nutricionais de gestantes e pessoas idosas, necessita de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o alimentar e nutricional constante e acompanhamento da qualidade nutricional. Uma das formas \u00e9 seguir os 10 passos da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel que s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Fazer de alimentos in natura ou minimamente processados a base da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Utilizar \u00f3leos, gorduras, sal e a\u00e7\u00facar em pequenas quantidades ao temperar e cozinhar alimentos e criar prepara\u00e7\u00f5es culin\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Limitar o consumo de alimentos processados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Evitar o consumo de alimentos ultra processados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Comer com regularidade e aten\u00e7\u00e3o, em ambientes apropriados e, sempre que poss\u00edvel, com companhia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Fazer compras em locais que ofertem variedades de alimentos in natura ou minimamente processados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Desenvolver, exercitar e partilhar habilidades culin\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Planejar o uso do tempo para dar \u00e0 alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o o espa\u00e7o que ela merece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Dar prefer\u00eancia, quando fora de casa, a locais que servem refei\u00e7\u00f5es feitas na hora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10.
