Ou seja, quando descartamos a \u00e1gua do cozimento, essas subst\u00e2ncias valiosas v\u00e3o embora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por isso, para aproveitar ao m\u00e1ximo os benef\u00edcios nutricionais de alguns vegetais, considere ass\u00e1-los. &#8220;Se a inten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 preservar mais as vitaminas hidrossol\u00faveis, \u00e9 melhor fazer na AirFryer&#8221;, afirma Beatriz Tenuta, nutricionista e professora do curso de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o do <a href=\"https:\/\/saocamilo-sp.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Centro Universit\u00e1rio S\u00e3o Camilo<\/a>, em S\u00e3o Paulo. Cabe destacar que o forno convencional tamb\u00e9m serve para esse prop\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A seguir, confira alguns exemplos de alimentos que ficam mais vantajosos nesse formato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cenoura<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Al\u00e9m de ser uma excelente fonte de vitamina A, tamb\u00e9m conta com vitaminas do complexo B, vitamina C, f\u00f3sforo, c\u00e1lcio, pot\u00e1ssio e s\u00f3dio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os nutrientes presentes na cenoura contribuem para o bom funcionamento da vis\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de beneficiar a pele, as mucosas e os cabelos. Como se n\u00e3o bastasse, ela ajuda na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de ossos e dentes e auxilia na regula\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema nervoso e do aparelho digestivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na AirFryer, a cenoura pode compor um mix de vegetais crocantes ou ser preparada em forma de palitinhos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Outros vegetais<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>A nutricionista Beatriz explica que devemos nos lembrar de que o consumo de vegetais sempre vai oferecer vitaminas, minerais e fibras. O ideal \u00e9 pensar em um rod\u00edzio, para ter acesso a diferentes cores, sabores e composi\u00e7\u00f5es nutricionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas ela observa que se a ideia \u00e9 proteger ao m\u00e1ximo as subst\u00e2ncias ben\u00e9ficas desses alimentos, sobretudo pensando nas vitaminas, o ideal \u00e9 realmente ass\u00e1-los (na AirFryer ou no forno). E esse \u00e9 um recado que vale para todos os vegetais, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 os destacados nessa lista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro aviso: ainda que a vitamina C seja hidrossol\u00favel, ela tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 mais sens\u00edvel ao calor.
