Apesar do alto valor energ\u00e9tico e baixo valor nutricional, eles podem fazer parte desses momentos especiais, desde que consumidos de forma consciente e em pequena quantidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u00c9 importante nos permitirmos esse prazer, mas de maneira respons\u00e1vel, para que n\u00e3o se transforme em um problema\u201d, explica a nutricionista Cristina Rubim , coordenadora do <a href=\"https:\/\/saocamilo-sp.br\/curso-pos-graduacao\/mba-em-gestao-de-negocios-em-alimentacao\/\">MBA Gest\u00e3o de Neg\u00f3cios em Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> do <a href=\"https:\/\/saocamilo-sp.br\/\">Centro Universit\u00e1rio S\u00e3o Camilo.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Aten\u00e7\u00e3o aos r\u00f3tulos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por isso, ao comprar produtos industrializados \u00e9 importante ficar atento aos selos de advert\u00eancia na parte frontal da embalagem. Eles indicam que a quantidade de a\u00e7\u00facar e gordura saturada em 100g daquele produto est\u00e1 acima dos limites recomendados. J\u00e1 os produtos artesanais n\u00e3o s\u00e3o obrigados a apresentar essa rotulagem, o que pode dar a falsa sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de serem mais saud\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prazo de validade e armazenamento<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Os produtos artesanais, por n\u00e3o conterem conservantes, t\u00eam prazo de validade curto, geralmente de at\u00e9 tr\u00eas dias. J\u00e1 os recheados com ingredientes industrializados podem durar at\u00e9 tr\u00eas dias, e os com recheio caseiro, at\u00e9 dois dias. Os doces com frutas devem ser consumidos no mesmo dia, n\u00e3o caia na tenta\u00e7\u00e3o de deixar para comer depois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O armazenamento tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 delicado, pois o chocolate n\u00e3o fica com a mesma consist\u00eancia e sabor se colocado na geladeira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cuidados para p\u00fablicos restritos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pessoas com restri\u00e7\u00f5es alimentares, como diab\u00e9ticos, al\u00e9rgicos ou intolerantes devem ter ainda mais aten\u00e7\u00e3o na compra de doces caseiros. \u00c9 importante conhecer a instru\u00e7\u00e3o de quem manipula e a higiene do local de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de checar a possibilidade de contamina\u00e7\u00e3o cruzada com alerg\u00eanicos, como amendoim, leite e ovos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Boas pr\u00e1ticas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Os produtores caseiros devem seguir uma s\u00e9rie de cuidados, como higiene pessoal, escolha de ingredientes, produ\u00e7\u00e3o higi\u00eanica e embalagem adequada.
