Fernanda Ferreira Correa que \u00e9 especialista no assunto para explicar o que \u00e9 uma pessoa cel\u00edaca e receitas para auxiliar no dia a dia delas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O que \u00e9 uma pessoa Cel\u00edaca?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A doen\u00e7a cel\u00edaca \u00e9 caracterizada por uma intoler\u00e2ncia ao gl\u00faten, considerada uma doen\u00e7a autoimune em que o sistema imunol\u00f3gico reage de forma anormal ao gl\u00faten, uma prote\u00edna encontrada no trigo, centeio e cevada. Quando pessoas com essa condi\u00e7\u00e3o ingerem gl\u00faten, o sistema imunol\u00f3gico ataca o intestino delgado, causando inflama\u00e7\u00e3o e danificando as vilosidades intestinais, que s\u00e3o estruturas respons\u00e1veis pela absor\u00e7\u00e3o de nutrientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre os sintomas mais comuns da doen\u00e7a cel\u00edaca est\u00e3o: diarreia, distens\u00e3o abdominal, perda de peso, anemia refrat\u00e1ria ao tratamento com ferro, problemas de crescimento em crian\u00e7as<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O \u00fanico tratamento eficaz \u00e9 uma dieta isenta de gl\u00faten para toda a vida, o que permite a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o do intestino e evita complica\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Essa doen\u00e7a tem cura?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>&#8220;a doen\u00e7a n\u00e3o tem cura at\u00e9 o momento, mas ao eliminar o gl\u00faten da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, o intestino se recupera, os sintomas desaparecem e as complica\u00e7\u00e3o a longo prazo podem ser evitadas&#8221;<\/em>&#8211; Diz Fernanda.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como descobrir a doen\u00e7a?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Descobrir a doen\u00e7a cel\u00edaca envolve observar os sintomas, fazer exames espec\u00edficos e ter o acompanhamento nutricional e m\u00e9dico. Os exames que devem ser feitos s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Anticorpos espec\u00edficos contra o gl\u00faten como:<\/strong> anti-transglutaminase tecidual (anti-TTG IgA), anti-endom\u00edsio (EMA IgA) e dosagem de IgA total \u2013 para excluir defici\u00eancia de IgA, que pode interferir nos resultados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Se os exames de sangue forem positivos<\/strong>, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio fazer uma endoscopia com bi\u00f3psia do duodeno para avaliar os danos nas vilosidades intestinais, esse \u00e9 considerado o \u201cpadr\u00e3o ouro\u201d para o diagn\u00f3stico da doen\u00e7a cel\u00edaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Obs.: <\/strong>Esses exames (anticorpos e bi\u00f3psia) devem ser feitos com o indiv\u00edduo consumindo gl\u00faten normalmente. Importante orientar que o paciente n\u00e3o comece a dieta isenta de gl\u00faten antes dos exames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Existe ainda o teste gen\u00e9tico<\/strong>, esse \u00e9 um exame opcional, pois n\u00e3o confirma a doen\u00e7a, mas ajuda a descart\u00e1-la, isto \u00e9, se o indiv\u00edduo n\u00e3o tem os genes espec\u00edficos da doen\u00e7a cel\u00edaca, \u00e9 improv\u00e1vel que seja cel\u00edaco. Em seguida acrescente aos poucos o<strong> arroz<\/strong> e continue batendo at\u00e9 formar um creme homog\u00eaneo. Acrescente o <strong>fermento<\/strong> e uma <strong>pitada de sal<\/strong>. Unte a assadeira com <strong>amido de milho<\/strong>, coloque a massa em uma forma de pizza e leve para assar por <strong>20min<\/strong> <strong>em fogo alto<\/strong>.
