Al\u00e9m disso, uma boa alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o pode ajudar a reduzir os efeitos negativos da ansiedade, que tende a ser intensificada nesta fase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Portanto, adotar h\u00e1bitos alimentares saud\u00e1veis nos dias que antecedem a prova \u00e9 altamente recomendado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inclua peixes nas refei\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na semana que antecede as provas, recomenda-se o consumo de peixes grelhados, assados ou cozidos \u2014 preferencialmente evitando frituras por imers\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;Os peixes devem ser inclu\u00eddos em pelo menos tr\u00eas refei\u00e7\u00f5es diferentes.&#8221;- diz Sandra.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Isso porque s\u00e3o excelentes fontes de <strong>\u00e1cido graxo \u00f4mega 3<\/strong>, subst\u00e2ncia que protege contra decl\u00ednios cognitivos e melhora o desempenho mental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modere o consumo de cafe\u00edna<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Na v\u00e9spera e no dia da prova, \u00e9 essencial evitar alimentos e bebidas que podem aumentar a ansiedade, principalmente aqueles ricos em <strong>cafe\u00edna<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Embora o consumo moderado de cafe\u00edna possa trazer benef\u00edcios, como aumento de aten\u00e7\u00e3o e concentra\u00e7\u00e3o, o excesso pode causar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nervosismo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ansiedade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;A ingest\u00e3o de at\u00e9 100 mL (ou duas x\u00edcaras de 50 mL) de caf\u00e9 por dia \u00e9 considerada segura para a maioria das pessoas.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, fique atento, pois outras bebidas tamb\u00e9m cont\u00eam cafe\u00edna, como energ\u00e9ticos, ch\u00e1 mate, ch\u00e1 preto e refrigerantes \u00e0 base de cola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evite alimentos gordurosos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro cuidado essencial \u00e9 evitar alimentos ricos em gordura, como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Frituras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Feijoadas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temakis com maionese ou cream cheese.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepara\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 milanesa ou \u00e0 dor\u00ea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Esses alimentos s\u00e3o de digest\u00e3o mais lenta, o que pode prejudicar a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o e causar sonol\u00eancia.
