Por isso, quando o cora\u00e7\u00e3o acelera e a mente se agita, respirar de forma consciente pode transformar completamente a experi\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Experimente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inspire por 4 segundos;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Em seguida, segure o ar por 3 segundos;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Logo depois, solte lentamente por 4 segundos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Repita esse ciclo tr\u00eas vezes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como resultado, a mente se torna mais centrada, o corpo menos reativo e o foco \u00e9 restaurado. Dessa forma, voc\u00ea cria uma pausa interna capaz de reorganizar emo\u00e7\u00f5es e pensamentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alongamento consciente: pausa r\u00e1pida, al\u00edvio imediato<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enquanto isso, o corpo tamb\u00e9m precisa de aten\u00e7\u00e3o.
